I bought a jumper from Blue Cheltenham for £89. A few weeks later, I popped into a fancy local boutique and was shocked to find the same jumper priced at £64. The sales lady told me it wasn’t on sale and was fresh stock. So, I did a bit of digging online and discovered two other retailers offering the same jumper for £69. I reached out to Blue to share my thoughts about feeling overcharged by at least £20, but they didn’t even bother to respond. I’d recommend steering clear of this place unless you want to throw your cash away! There’s also a location in Bath, but I won’t be checking that one out either.

Terrible customer support experience! I'm really frustrated with how my complaint was handled (or rather, not handled at all). I bought some Lofina sandals that fell apart after just two seasons of use. That’s about six to eight months of wear. Following the advice from Lofina's head office, I reached out to Blue via email. What a waste of time, they never got back to me. I called three times and finally received an email stating there was nothing they could do. I replied to that email, and guess what? They don’t even bother to read them! So, I ended up getting the shoes fixed on my own. For over £225 a pair, I expected way more! I have plenty of older Lofina pairs that have held up just fine. I usually make an effort to support local businesses, but I won’t be doing that again in this case.

I’m from near Brighton but I make trips to Cheltenham quite a bit. Blue has really become one of my top picks, whether I’m shopping online or popping in. The ladies working there are just lovely and super attentive, and the selection of clothes is diverse, creative, and chic. Being in my mid-50s, I’ve lost interest in chasing after high street trends, and Blue has been a game changer for me. It’s helped me discover a style that makes me feel great about my body and what I choose to wear. Big thanks to Blue x

After a wonderful week in Cheltenham, I did quite a bit of shopping and exploring with my best mate. I was really taken by the new restaurants that have popped up, but I was let down by Blue, which is right next to the shiny new Oska store. It just seemed so worn out and neglected. Sadly, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. We went there twice; on our first visit, there was just one lady who was on the phone—clearly a personal call—and she had no plans to hang up. On our second trip, there were two ladies, but one was still on the phone while the other was glued to her computer, barely showing any interest other than asking if we were okay while we browsed. I don’t usually write reviews, but having shopped here over the years, I was really sad to see the state of things. There were still some lovely clothes, but the staff could really use a boost.

Lucy provided outstanding customer support during our buying experience of a big sofa and chair. She was super professional, friendly, and really attentive, making sure to follow up with great care about the delivery. Honestly, we couldn't have hoped for anything better.

I just received two pairs of joggers from this brand and I'm really into them. I went with a size larger than my usual based on their sizing guide, and that turned out to be a smart move because they fit just right. The only downside? The shipping fees were a bit steep, but honestly, I'm so pleased with what I got that I can let that slide.

I’m not quite sure what you’re getting at; perhaps a simple apology for the service would’ve been a more fitting reply. It’s clear that this isn’t really your style, and I certainly don’t think you subscribe to the idea that 'the customer is always right.' My thoughts are pretty straightforward—the service I received that day, as well as before, has been all over the place. Plus, I couldn’t help but overhear you arguing with a woman, whether it was your mother or daughter, and it was just painful to listen to. That’s all I’ve got to say. It might be useful for you, but I’m not holding my breath.

I’ve only shopped with this company while stuck at home, but I plan to keep it up going forward. Super pleased with the service, and I really dig the quality of the photos. Plus, it’s great to see clothes modeled by women who resemble me instead of towering Amazons. Fingers crossed I can check it out in person someday.

Really dig the variety of clothing. I've shopped here a bunch of times... but there’s just too many items stuffed onto the racks. The staff can be a bit odd and sometimes seem a little disengaged. I can't help but think that using professional models on your site would really enhance how the clothes are presented.

I saw the previous review and thought I'd recommend Walkers, as they offer similar clothing and have free returns. My friends and I popped into the Bath store on Friday. The staff at the cafe were lovely, but the shopping experience was a bit off. There weren't many employees around, and the lady who helped us was a bit too pushy for my taste. She's clearly popular, but that’s just not my vibe. I can tell when something doesn’t suit me!

Honestly, what’s not to love? I’m based in London, but I still choose to shop at Blue. I always discover something (or a few things) that brighten my day. Grabbing lunch at Cafe Lucca (with my dog) and then taking a walk around Bath afterwards - even if it’s raining - turns the whole outing into a delight.

Fantastic selection; great images and details. Customer support is knowledgeable if you need help. Just wish they’d drop the shipping fee!

Just wanted to share my experience. The package took a whole 3 weeks to get here and the shipping cost me GBP20. I've shopped online at boutiques in Belfast and Edinburgh for less (around GBP10-15) and they showed up way quicker. I reached out to their sales team three days back since the tracking number wasn’t working, but I haven’t heard anything yet. On the bright side, the item was beautiful and in perfect shape. I really appreciate that they offer international shopping for us customers. I’ll definitely keep an eye out and shop with them again. Best, Glenda
